The GenEsIs wall
The paintings that grace our hallway are the account of the Genesis story. They were donated by an elderly woman who loves God.

Thank you Jesus. After almost 5 years after the church fire our new adventure begins.
We are continuing to move forward with rebuilding. Leadership has been working with the insurance company on both buildings. We have a new electrical box and are waiting for Edison to re-connect our power to the property.
We have scheduled a general work day for Saturday June 11 at 9:00AM-3:00PM. We want to continue to keep the property up as best as we can during this restoration phase. At this point, weed patrol and cleaning miscellaneous areas is needed. Lunch will be provided. We continue to thank those who have been praying for us and those who are "boots on the ground." The services in the tent are working well. As we enter into the summer and hotter days there is a need for AC and fans to keep the tent comfortable. These issues have been addressed and with the return of electricity it will be much easier to accomplish. I drove down Neer street the other day where the home fire was set the same day as the parsonage and this is what I saw. Both fires were burning simultaneously. Praise God again that no one was living here either. With all the events of the past several weeks, it is just God's grace that no one has been hurt. We thank you, Lord for your goodness!
