The GenEsIs wall
The paintings that grace our hallway are the account of the Genesis story. They were donated by an elderly woman who loves God.

Thank you Jesus. After almost 5 years after the church fire our new adventure begins.
The clock keeps ticking. With all the work with insurance companies, engineers, contractors, etc. we keep going forward. Saturday we were joined by friends and church families to clean up the property. Probably for the last time before the demolition and construction begins. We were joined by missionaries Elders: CJ Chapman, Salvador Mercado, Dakota Maughan, and Colby Frost. And Sisters: Blanchard, Keith, Wills and McCulloch from the Hemet area LDS Stakes. Also from South Bay COG in Torrance: Craig and Pam Herrick, Melissa McHenry and Mario Jackson. And our own members: Gary and Mary Ann Gilleon, Scott Castro, Pastor Rocky Moore, Lester, Charles and myself. Mike Selvar was awesome as he drove the large caterpillar around the property cleaning and moving everything in sight. We were able to clear the weeds and miscellaneous debris to be hauled to the dump. Karl Haag was amazing with his truck taking 3 loads of junk to the dump. Thank you everyone who volunteered to clean up the property and prepare "ye the way" for the demo crews who will be arriving sometime in the next 30 days.
