Lead Pastor
Pastor Mike Gratzke has served as Lead Pastor of Community First Church since 2010 and has been an ordained minister with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) since 2003. Along with his wife, Kim, he spent thirteen years serving as missionary pastors in Baja California Sur, Mexico, where they planted churches, united local congregations, and launched community outreach ministries that continue to impact lives today.
A published author, conference speaker, and publisher of Grace Revolution magazine, Pastor Mike is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. His preaching is rooted in Scripture, marked by grace, and focused on helping people apply God’s truth to everyday life.

Worship Leader and Associate Pastor
Pastor Gary Gilleon has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and faith. Beginning as a United States Naval Officer, he developed values of discipline, responsibility, and serving others. After his military career, he worked in education, business, real estate, and professional golf, including mentoring students through the Professional Golfers Career College. Throughout these experiences, his relationship with Jesus Christ deepened, leading him to recognize God’s calling on his life. He was ordained as a pastor with The Church of God in Anderson, Indiana, and now serves as an Associate Pastor and Praise and Worship Team Leader. Pastor Gary views every chapter of his life as preparation for ministry, united by a common theme of service. Guided by Philippians 4:13, he credits Christ as the source of his strength and purpose. Married to Mary Ann, with five children, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, he remains committed to glorifying God and serving others.
